There is no road construction to speak of except for one bridge on I-74 and less traffic especially on I-74. This was my first time stopping at the Kentucky Welcome Center Rest Area or any of the other I-75 rest areas between Lexington and Cincinnati. The amount of parking spaces available here is far more extensive that ordinary rest areas.
